Liked: The worst hotel in the continental USA, hands down….the worst

Disliked: The room a/c did not cool the room. The curtains didn’t close all the way. There was food left in the refrigerator and a piece of clothing sticking out from under the sofa. The ice machine didn’t work. We asked for an early check in and were sent out of the lobbeyby the lady mopping the floor. She was beyond rude!Overpriced for this room!

Disliked: The wifi and phone signal are not the best for sure

Disliked: The hotel has new owners as of 12 months ago and the decline is evident. Besides the abundantly clear uncleanliness of the room the staff are extremely rude and invasive. They were unwilling to waive the cancellation fee after i double booked the same room for the same date due to an internet glitch
