Comfort Suites Plano

Liked: Indoor pool and hot tub was great. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked at this hotel because the website stated it offered a full hot breakfast. When we went to breakfast there were waffles, but the hotel was out of syrup. Egg but the hotel was out of bacon. We ended up having to go across the street to a McDonald's for breakfast. After getting back to the room I attempted a shower, but after less than 2 minutes the water turned completely cold. My family and I stay in hotels often and this is probably the worst stay I've had to date.

Disliked: My bed sheets had yellow stains please kindly check before putting on the bed

Disliked: The whole place was nasty, our sheets on the bed were disgusting. We asked for new sheet and they were even worse.

The stay was great.

Liked: Staff was friendly and greeted me with a smile. I requested our rooms be beside each other and the guest service member did not hesitate to make that happen.
Disliked: The air was out in the hallways but worked in the rooms a little too good.

Great stay, just disappoint in...

Liked: I liked the fact the staff was understanding and welcoming.
Disliked: The restrooms look older they need to be remodeled and the breakfast wasn’t good.

Definitely not returning to this...

Liked: Location is fine. Didn't try the breakfast. Front desk could use some training for people skills.
Disliked: The bathroom shower broke in our room, flooding the room below us. We had to switch rooms, which was a pain. It's weird a building this new would have issues like this.

Disliked: There was a flosser left on the floor by a previous guest. Clearly the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Also there was a cockroach in the stairwell.
