Comfort Suites Plano

Liked: Indoor pool and hot tub was great. The bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked at this hotel because the website stated it offered a full hot breakfast. When we went to breakfast there were waffles, but the hotel was out of syrup. Egg but the hotel was out of bacon. We ended up having to go across the street to a McDonald's for breakfast. After getting back to the room I attempted a shower, but after less than 2 minutes the water turned completely cold. My family and I stay in hotels often and this is probably the worst stay I've had to date.

Very good

Disliked: Common washroom on main floor wasn’t clean and no toilet paper

Cheap.

Liked: Good price. Hotel staff were helpful. Temperature control worked pretty good.
Disliked: First room was not cleaned, hairs on the bed. Moved to a new room which was marginally better. TV remote barely worked. Refrigerator was missing a leg and was falling down. AC system was dusty and caused allergies. Highway noise no matter what room.

Exceptional

Liked: Not every place offers free breakfast and when you pay so much for a room it's awesome to know my family gets free breakfast when I have to run off to work early in the morning

While the staff was nice,...

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: The air conditioner in the room sounds like a lawnmower, the elevator went out we were told to just take the stairs for 4 days to the 4th floor, the WiFi never worked at all and the 3rd floor smelled like weed. The hotel needs a deep cleaning.

Bad

Was very safe for traveling...

Liked: It was close as well as very safe traveling with family. Lobby area as well as the breakfast area was clean . The hot tub and pool was very clean as well . They keep the hallways so hot . It was over 80 degrees in the hallways . That the only thing I didn’t like . House keeping was very professional and made sure the rooms stayed clean and that’s what I love the most. Also had lots of parking and the property had great lighting as well for your safety.
Disliked: The temperature they keep the hallways was very uncomfortable. When you had to leave your room as well as coming back to your room . Just was to warm for me .

Great place to stay

Liked: Love how the housekeepers attend to our needs when we ask for extra towels we’re so friendly and clean our room during our stay, front desk manager that was on duty at the time of my arrival was helpful too.
Disliked: That there were not enough toiletries like body soap but other than that everything was okay
