Liked: Check in, friendly staff, comfortable room
Disliked: The hotel did not serve breakfast; our confirmation said it was included.

Liked: Location can't be beat. Room was clean. Staff is nice. Tons of food places, fine dining to enjoy within walking distance.
Disliked: Staff at desk wrote down room 233, Then gave us our keys. There is no room 233, it was 223. Figured it out. Toilet kept getting clogged. Staff at desk gave me a plunger to fix. Toilet paper holder kept falling off the wall. 1/2 pillows? What happened to regular sized pillows,?

Liked: Very conveniently located. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: I am sure because of the pandemic the breakfast was very limited. The bed was okay but could have been better. There were halogen flood lights on the outside of the bldg. They were not turned off at night light was coming into the room.

Would not waste my money...
Liked: Convenient to family and shopping.
Disliked: Carpet in hallways was filthy and worn by the elevator. Only one trash can in our suite. No where to hang used towels (important since there was no daily cleaning of room due to COVID precautions. Bathtub had a big chunk out of it and needed to be replaced. Entry door from parking lot closest to our room did not work. Grab and go breakfast was horrible.

The Comfort Inn was both...
Liked: Our room was available when we arrived.
The bathroom had lots of clean towels.
There was plenty of hot water.
The air conditioner worked.
The TV worked.
The bedding was soft and white.
There were a ton of pillows.
Disliked: There was no bottled water in the bathroom. The box of Kleenex had 3 or 4 tissues. The refrigerator was not attached and pulled into the room whenever the door was opened. The microwave was on a low shelf and it was very difficult to read the controls down there. The mattress was as hard as a rock. I have encountered mattresses this hard before, in Mexican hotels, but never before in the US. I keep my sleep number mattress very high (85) at home and I have always liked a firm mattress, but this was way beyond firm. The trash baskets were miniscule, but at least there were 3 in the room. Only one of the bedside wall sconce lights worked. There was one lamp on the desk, one ceiling light and one bedside light for the entire "suite." There was no light at all in the sitting area. The sofa was very uncomfortable. The grab and go breakfast was not edible.
