Disliked: Room cards had to be rekeyed every single day. No housekeeping after asking despite a 7 day stay which is supposed to have housekeeping after 3rd night. Heavy Marijuana use outside stair exit by staff and guests. Loud teenagers and adults after 10pm which finally required a posted notice that after 9pm it was quiet hours.

Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was exactly as expected, comfortable, and convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

Check in was HORRIBLE and...

Liked: The location was the only good thing about this hotel stay.
Disliked: UPDATE: I emailed the property manager directly and no response yet.At check in I was verbally and physically assaulted by the front desk manager Crystal Brophy. It appeared that they were overwhelmed due to being fully booked the night prior, so our room wasn't actually ready when we arrived at 3:20pm. When I attempted to ask Ms. Brophy if there were any accommodations being offered due to this inconvenience (as we had already been charged and also had reservations for a nearby spa at 4pm then dinner reservations at 7:30pm) she became rude and elevated her tone when responding to me. I asked her if she was ok and why was she speaking to me in that manner and she said that I could cancel my reservation if I wanted to and I told her that I didn't ask her that at all and there was no need for her attitude. I asked for her manager and at that time she advised me that she was the manager, and I told her that she needed to take a customer service and management class because she was being very unprofessional. Another young lady at the desk came downstairs and she told me that they had a clean room now and we would be moved from the room that was originally "saved" for us to this room now. I thanked her and as I began to explain to her what happened prior to her coming down, Ms. Brophy continued to make rude comments towards me and yell over us. The young lady asked for my ID and I handed it to her and she then passed it to Ms. Brophy. I asked if my military discount was applied and Ms. Brophy told me, "No, I'm not going back to do all of that you should have done it when you booked". I again said to her what's really your problem because all of this attitude is really unnecessary, Ms. Brophy then decided to throw my ID across the counter at me, it hit me in the chest and fell to the floor.

Disliked: We reserved 2 rooms and one was not ready for at least an hour after it was promised and the normal check in time.
