Very poor

Liked: This hotel is under construction and its coming from a private hotel to the Hilton Hotel Spark chain...the room had no chair no couch no microwave no cups or no coffee maker...if this is Hilton new idea of Hotel stay I rather stay in a trailer park
Disliked: Nothing was in the room but a bed an a micro refrigerator

Disliked: I booked this hotel for 2 nights for appointments at MD Anderson. When I put the address in maps I was directed to an old comfort suites. So I called the hotel and found out What is listed as Spark by Hilton is a Old comfort suite, now called Pearland hotel that has only 2 floors open while under construction to convert to Spark. It looks nothing like the picture!! Complete false advertisement! Thankfully Booking allowed me to cancel and waved the fee.
