Liked: Made the booking around 6pm got there around 9.30 pm(wife,my daughter and I ) met the front desk girl. let her know who I was and gave her my booking confirmation number. ,she asked me to wait till she process the paperwork then check in. after 20 minutes she said she cant check us in because she cant find our booking in the system. I was so frustrated, upset and mad. so we drove 6 1/2 hrs. thinking we have a room booked and here we are 10 pm we all tired and we have no room. they did not even offer alternatives. we left and i got starting calling different hotels close to the beach and after 20 minutes we found a room at Garners hotel thru booking.com. we got there within 10 minutes we were checked in. on they to Garners hotel we received a call from COMFORT INN front desk to let us know they found our booking and they have a room ready for us. I told them we already got us a room somewhere else and we were not going back. the following day i check my credit card and I see my credit card was charged for the room and called the Hotel and the same Lady answered. I asked her how Can I be charged for the room ? Her answer was because you never called us back to cancel it. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said he is off this weekend. so reached out to Booking.com customer service and they said that they will cancel the booking and due to the fact that you were at the property and never checked in because the could not find your booking they should have not charged your credit card at all. very Bad experience .the worst i have ever had ...

Liked: The front desk person is very unprofessional. It is very difficult to communicate with the staff. There is only an indoor pool. There is no outside pool or ability yo lounge in the sun.

Disliked: Needed more towels in the room and there were no towels in the pool area

Liked: The rooms are spacious, bead was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Great value and good for our needs
