Comfort Suites Palm Desert

We stayed here earlier in the year and enjoyed our stay. On our way home to Arizona, we decided to stay here again because of the cost and service.

Liked: Cooling off in the pool.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

The wind out there blows so hard sometimes alot, so someone on staff on ground daily needs the job of EVERY MORNING vacuuming the dirt from the bottom of the settled pool, at least it will allow people to use it. This is a must and I spoke with others through my stay that felt the same way and were also bothered by the fact that it hasn’t been swept, until the day I checked out. This is the only problem I saw.

Liked: Everything was great; rooms great; cleanliness great; breakfast great; staff great.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi.

Liked: Beautiful suite, comfy, and the couch and fridge were perfect. The breakfast was awesome each day

Liked: The location was great, right off the freeway. The rooms were decent.
Disliked: The room was a little dirty. It didn't look vacuumed and the bathroom could have been cleaner. At least the sheets seemed cleaned.

I would book again.

Liked: Was clean and rooms very comfortable.as a choice member since 2014 I haven’t stayed at any of the hotels because most of hotels were not up to par maybe 2 star. However after I read reviews I decided to book and I must say I was very impressed by cleanliness and property.
Disliked: I did not like that there were no do not disturb sign available for use. The housekeeper cleaned my room and threw away my bag of peanuts I left out on table. Also I needed to use the one computer they had and a child was on it for 3 hours playing games.
