We stayed here earlier in the year and enjoyed our stay. On our way home to Arizona, we decided to stay here again because of the cost and service.

Liked: Cooling off in the pool.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

The wind out there blows so hard sometimes alot, so someone on staff on ground daily needs the job of EVERY MORNING vacuuming the dirt from the bottom of the settled pool, at least it will allow people to use it. This is a must and I spoke with others through my stay that felt the same way and were also bothered by the fact that it hasn’t been swept, until the day I checked out. This is the only problem I saw.

Liked: Everything was great; rooms great; cleanliness great; breakfast great; staff great.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi.

Liked: Friendly staff for breakfast. Very helpful the breakfast area was clean. Food was great. Staff was good the place was close to our event.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned. There was hair in the tub hair in the microwave. Furniture was old. Mainly there was a roach in the restroom that was very disgusting. Totally wouldn't recommend this place. I need reimbursement for such an unpleasant experience.

The experience left a strong...

Disliked: We booked a room for 5 people, which included 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. However, the sofa had no bedding - no pillow, no comforter, just offering thin blankets. when we asked for a comforter, we were told sofa bed is " self-sleeping" as per hotel policy , they won't provide comforter for us. This was never mentioned when booking. What if it's winter? How is a guest supposed to sleep without proper bedding? Very disappointing and misleading.In addition, the swimming pool is full of sand.

Decent, but needs improvement.

Liked: Room was clean, but the shower head was HORRIBLE! AC worked very well. Bed was comfortable. Some of the breakfast items were good. Some staff were very nice, especially Nancy. Give that girl a raise.
Disliked: The shower heads need to be replaced. Powdered eggs were served for breakfast and they were watered down ans salty. Pool was nice, spa was dirty and in need of a facelift. Night staff was very rude to my husband, pointing out that "If he had not drank so much, he would be able to close the black out curtains all the way."
