Comfort Suites Palm Desert

We stayed here earlier in the year and enjoyed our stay. On our way home to Arizona, we decided to stay here again because of the cost and service.

Liked: Cooling off in the pool.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

The wind out there blows so hard sometimes alot, so someone on staff on ground daily needs the job of EVERY MORNING vacuuming the dirt from the bottom of the settled pool, at least it will allow people to use it. This is a must and I spoke with others through my stay that felt the same way and were also bothered by the fact that it hasn’t been swept, until the day I checked out. This is the only problem I saw.

Liked: Everything was great; rooms great; cleanliness great; breakfast great; staff great.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi.

Liked: great staff, had room ready early for us and breakfast was classic.
Disliked: elevator broke on last day so we had to bring our luggage down 2 flights of stairs

Nice short stay.

Liked: The staff checking in and day shift was super nice. The rooms were clean and the house keeping service was offered daily. It was a good location for Coachella. Not too far away. People were minding their business and not bothering others.
Disliked: The night staff. Lady was a little rude and had attitude just because we were following instructions from a vendor.

Liked: Location is excellent,close to palm springs/ shopping center/ foods. Beds are comfortable and daily house keeping was provided.

Liked: Breakfast was ok nothing special. Property needed alot of attention to cleaning. My room was poorly done. Overfull garbage cans pool area needs an upgrade.
Disliked: Cleanliness!
