We stayed here earlier in the year and enjoyed our stay. On our way home to Arizona, we decided to stay here again because of the cost and service.

Liked: Cooling off in the pool.
Disliked: Nothing was bad.

The wind out there blows so hard sometimes alot, so someone on staff on ground daily needs the job of EVERY MORNING vacuuming the dirt from the bottom of the settled pool, at least it will allow people to use it. This is a must and I spoke with others through my stay that felt the same way and were also bothered by the fact that it hasn’t been swept, until the day I checked out. This is the only problem I saw.

Liked: Everything was great; rooms great; cleanliness great; breakfast great; staff great.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi.

The worse hotel ever

Liked: Nancy the day manager was so rude and inconsiderate. She needs to be retrained in customer service. She literally roller her eyes @ me tryimg to explain the difference between a service dog and emotional suppoet animal. I had mentioned that I’m twice cancer survivor and I travel with my special needs neice. She was just so insensitive I will not ever stay @ thier facily…The swimming pool was disgusting.I paid good momey to stay should have booked @the motel 6 they have more mannerism
Disliked: Management, pool, laundry room.

Probably wouldn't stay there again...

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Even in the high season, the price for what you got was unbelievably high.
