Liked: Breakfast was great, I enjoyed having a breakfast I didn’t have to pay for.
Disliked: Room service should offer more than just clean towels to guests, I suggest they should offer to take out any unwanted trash in guest rooms.

The staff was execellent and...

Liked: Ricky at the front desk greeted us with a big smile and was helpful friendly informative and made check easy. Service with a smile ! Convenient clean location and nice breckfast included. Checkout with Scarlett was also friendly and attentive and service with a smile as well.

Liked: NIce hotel with full scale services for short stay - travelers on the longer way - including pool and laundy, both very helpful and even a printer looked it would work. Lemon water in lobby was amazing!
Disliked: 3rd bed (couch) was dirty, uncomfortable and without any bedsheets during both days - houskeeping hasn't visited at all. Breakfast was good but still the same.

Disliked: 1 elevator broke Friday then the other Sunday am. My husband is disabled and I had had surgery on left hand. We were stuck and missed meeting up with friends. Why didn’t they fix the 1st elevator when it broke there was several disabled guest .Then next door the people had their music so loud that we couldn’t hear our tv. And the bass we could hear it and feel it. We come here and stay every 3-4 months but if we can’t get the 1st floor from now on I don’t know if we will.
