Liked: The staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: 1 elevator broke Friday then the other Sunday am. My husband is disabled and I had had surgery on left hand. We were stuck and missed meeting up with friends. Why didn’t they fix the 1st elevator when it broke there was several disabled guest .Then next door the people had their music so loud that we couldn’t hear our tv. And the bass we could hear it and feel it. We come here and stay every 3-4 months but if we can’t get the 1st floor from now on I don’t know if we will.

Meh. Owners are seriously skimping...

Liked: Good location, front desk staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Maintenance getting neglected. Lots of chips and dings in the furniture and walls. Carpets worn and dirty. Floor dirty in the bathroom. Housekeeping will not replace towels unless asked. Room was not cleaned nor beds made in our entire 6-night stay, even after specifically requesting it twice at the front desk.
