Save your money..ran down hotel

Disliked: The hotel is RAN DOWN...elevator barely works.. takes FOREVER to get up or down on the elevator..i waited 15 mins on 3rd floor for elevator to even come!! The room was just okay.. I had to work on the TV MYSELF For 40 mins with wires broke off and sticking out of the back of it...finally got it working myself then it FELL OFF THE TV mount in my arms smh. The pool room is hotter than it is outside there is no air or ventilation AT ALL IN THERE! DEFEATS whole point of an inside pool...workers are very rude especially HOUSEKEEPING... They lie conive and try to steal more money from their guests by adding in bull crap charges and no proper communication..Very Very disappointed in my stay at this trash hotel ..I see why they are looking for a new GM tirelessly.

Great stay

Liked: Very pretty and well appointed. Good location, very clean, staff friendly, and professional.
Disliked: Only complaint was the breakfast. Watery eggs, cold biscuits, cold potatoes. The sausage was hot and good flavor.

Never going to stay in...

Liked: The staff were extremely rude and made things up to get money out of people. Their entire 3rd floor was hot , the lights flickered all night and the water came out of the taps all brown/red.
Disliked: The staff were extremely rude and they lied.

I’m out on the road...

Liked: I thought the location was close to my work, but it was only 1 mile! Woo!! Every person I interacted with was super friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and while the park g lot was full, the building was quiet - absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. If the rest wasn’t enough to say it was a fabulous stay —> waffle station at breakfast!!!
Disliked: Everything was as it should be - nothing to dislike

Very nice staff. Comfortable bed...

Liked: Breakfast ended too early for us. Coffee availability was nice. Staff was excellent, cheerful. Pool was a little chilly but hot tub was nice. Our room very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: Pool chilly.
