Exceptional
Liked: Location, quiet, comfortable, great amenities, staff super great, stayed before, hotel of choice for the area. Will stay again.
Disliked: Bookings billed my card at 4pm on date of arrival, instead of letting me pay at hotel! Even though I choose pay at hotel option, so I can use my tax exemption. Bad move bookings.

Disliked: Guest Feedback Regarding Breakfast ExperienceDuring my recent stay, I found the breakfast to be generally decent. However, my experience was negatively impacted by a lack of clear communication and consistency regarding breakfast service.On my first day, I was unaware of the breakfast end time, as it was not posted or mentioned anywhere ahead of time. Food items stopped being replenished before the designated breakfast hours ended, and the television in the open dining area was turned off, which felt unwelcoming and abrupt.On the second day, I received conflicting information about breakfast hours—first being told it ended at 10:30 AM, then 10:00 AM. I went downstairs around 9:42 AM and found that no eggs were available. When I inquired, the kitchen staff informed me she stopped preparing food at 9:45 AM. I found this frustrating, as it was not yet 9:45 AM, and it was the second day this issue had occurred.I brought this concern to the front desk staff, who reiterated that breakfast ends at 10:00 AM. I asked to speak with a manager and was provided with contact information. When I called, the manager was responsive, understanding, and assured me that food should still be available since breakfast service had not concluded.Shortly afterward, I returned to the dining area to get more bacon. At that point, the kitchen staff loudly asked, “How many eggs do you want?” in a tone that felt unnecessarily harsh in front of other guests. I did not engage negatively and simply responded with “Two,” and even thanked her for preparing the eggs. Her reply was curt, with a dismissive “uh huh.”While I understand that staff may have their own challenges, as a guest, I expect a certain level of courtesy and consistency. It would be much more helpful if breakfast policies were clearly communicated—posted in rooms, at the front desk, or in common areas—so guests can plan accordingly and avoid confusion.I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience for others in

Good comfortable place to stay.
Liked: Facility very clean, rroms well laid out and bed very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful making time spent there enjoyable. Breakfast is good basic product, hot and easy to access.
Disliked: Parking lot does not extend around the building so no side of building parking at rear or side entrances.
