Liked: Breakfast was good. Very clean area and pleasant hostess. Good variety of items. Barbie at front desk was exceptional! Super friendly and efficient. She was very conscientious about keeping water off floors when kids came through with wet swim suits. I saw her mopping several times during my stay.
Disliked: The bathroom fan sounded like it belonged in a horror film! I’m sure it’s been replaced or repaired by now. It was really loud. I actually recorded it! We didn’t let this one thing ruin our stay. So many positive things and we don’t live in a perfect world.

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast was great but had run out of creamer for coffee. However, worker went and got me some from room supplies. Location was good for us.
Disliked: The room was not up to standard as far as cleanliness. It looked as though someone had thrown up between the bed and nightstand and it was never cleaned up. Bed covers also did not seem freshly cleaned.

Exceptional

Liked: It was very clean the staff was great. Will definitely stay here again

Liked: Everything was great, but the coffee pot was missing parts, so I couldn't make coffee, but they offered it for breakfast .

Liked: Property was secluded and clean for the most part. They are doing some remodeling and it is nicer than when I was there before.
Disliked: The room was OK there was urine on the back of the toilet and hair in the bed. The mirrors need to be cleaned better.

Disappointing

Liked: The beds were really comfortable and the first morning the food was really good. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and had nothing but good to say about everyone that I talked to at the front desk.
Disliked: I was there for four days and my bed was never made, there was never a wash rag in the room from day one and the only thing they done was about half ass relaced what towels that was used. After the first day the breakfast bar sucked it was never stocked and the gravy was so thick you needed a trowel to spread it. There was a dirty cup left in the room when I checked in and it was there when I left which was never touched.
