Disappointing

Liked: The beds were really comfortable and the first morning the food was really good. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and had nothing but good to say about everyone that I talked to at the front desk.
Disliked: I was there for four days and my bed was never made, there was never a wash rag in the room from day one and the only thing they done was about half ass relaced what towels that was used. After the first day the breakfast bar sucked it was never stocked and the gravy was so thick you needed a trowel to spread it. There was a dirty cup left in the room when I checked in and it was there when I left which was never touched.

Liked: breakfast was little cold had no wash clothes had to use a hand towel

Disliked: beds are awful, so is room service

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Liked: Staff and variety at breakfast. They offered complimentary water.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t clean. Toilet seat wasn’t clean. Carpet had dirty spots in several places. Shower had soap scum from previous occupants.

Quality and cleanliness poor

Liked: Some nice staff- breakfast was ok- mattress was comfortable
Disliked: When I sat on the sofa it collapsed in. We could not use. The chair was broken and was rocking. The coffee pot still had old coffee filter. Vomit on side of bed floor. Bathroom tile floor felt like it would collapse. View was red roof. Blow drier and do not disturb missing. Construction noise and dust. Was going to ask to change room but the person ahead of us was told they were sold out. We tried to make the best of it. We will never go back.

Disliked: Room could of been cleaned better, pool had way to much chlorine burned eyes the entire time swimming
