Very clean but could use...

Liked: The staff was nice and it was clean.
Disliked: The sofa bed needs maintenance. It was missing all support on the lower part of the bed. We had to use the coffee table to support the mattress. They were also out of soap and shampoo.

We will not be staying...

Liked: We stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast was basic and tasteless. Location was close to everything we needed including restaurants. Staff was very pleasant. Hotel felt safe. Beds were confortable and linens clean.
Disliked: No soap was available for cleansing. When we asked for soap, we were told they hadn't had soap for at least a month.

Disliked: The window to our room had been left open for who knows how long so it was freezing in the room and we had to bring in more blankets and sleep with more clothes until it finally warmed up. The room that was connected to ours was so loud and disruptive until very late. Then at midnight Sunday morning we were awoken by front desk about a very weird situation supposedly with the reservation. Really it seemed like a possible unsafe situation until this man saw my husband in the room with me then he left and went back downstairs. My family felt very unsafe and could not go back to sleep the rest of the night. We checked out first thing in the morning and the front desk didn't address anything with us not even an apology. At this point I want a refund

Liked: The room and the bathroom were clean.There was enough parking.Away from traffic noise.Powerful USB ports.Wired internet.
Disliked: Phone didn’t work in the room.Bedsheet was not ironed or was used.A piece of booger was stuck on the bedsheet at my head.The bedsheet was 100 percent polyester, unpleasant to the touch.The mattress was sealed in a sheet of plastic (to fix previous bedbug problem?)The water in the shower smelled like pesticide.Strong odor or pesticide in the lobby and the hallways.Both regular and decaf coffee had the same unpleasant taste; the same coffee made from dirt cheap instant coffee. With the exception of the bagels, only processed food, and the bagels were not even available on the second morning, so we skipped breakfast on the second day.No regular milk, only 2% low-fat, and the awful tiny creamers and powders, no real juice.Extremely noisy neighbors both nights until 3:30 AM, even upstairs above the room. Phone didn’t work, couldn’t call the front desk, and hallway didn’t feel safe to walk out of the room.Unidentifiable loafers in the parking lot, and long-term tenants or migrants, creating an air of a homeless shelter.
