Simple comfort at an affordable...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing luxurious but it provided exactly what I needed. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The fitness room was small but the equipment was nice. Checking in and out was fast and easy.
Disliked: It would be nice if convenience store items could be charged to the room versus having to pay with cash or card. I also wished the room darkening curtains could have been closed completely instead of just blocking a bit of light on either side of the window.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast location excellent and the size was excellent. Assortment of different items was great.
Disliked: Only problem we dealt with both mornings was hot foods go rapidly and it took too long to replace. I think more help in the back preparing the hot items would be very helpful in solving the issue. Everything else was great.

Amazing time at a Hotel.

Liked: The big tub in the room was fun and I loved the king size bed.
Disliked: The check out time, it should be noon instead of 11 am.

Could have been better.

Liked: Pool area - loved how there was a separate pool for babies
Disliked: The cleanliness. My bathroom did not look like it was cleaned. There was hair all over the tub & the bathroom floor. Had to wear my shoes in my room and around because the floor just did not look clean. By the air conditioner, I felt a staple .. so I never walked around barefoot. The toilet was not screwed on tight, so everytime I sat down, it leaned forward.

Overall, our stay was ok....

Liked: The Beds were very comfortable. A little high for someone who is shorter in stature.
Disliked: The hallways were unkept. They should be vacuumed and kept clean. It was kind of a turn off walking down hallways that were filthy.

Passable

Liked: The rooms were spacious and nice!
Disliked: The kid pool and some of the games were out of order.

Terrible

Disliked: Rooms were disgusting. Crumbs all over the floor. Toilet leaked all over the floor every time you flushed it. No hot water while showering. When checking in we got put into a room that already had a family in it.
