Summer Vacation Getaway

Liked: Hotel was nice and clean. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed everything overall, highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing really, overall I would stay there again.

Disliked: Room clealiness. Trash was never picked up. Supplies such as coffee, towels and soap was never replenished. Had to ask front desk for towels.

my stay was unacceptable and...

Liked: I was disappointed in my total experience at this property and reported it to front desk manager as well as contacting their corporate office.
Disliked: the pool never opened which i was expecting it to be open on booking my reservation for 5 days. The rooms were dated, and my room was dirty, shower nozzle was old and not fully functional, no amenities were in the room such as paper and pen, shampoo dispenser was empty, bathroom floor was filthy, after first night i awaken to ROACHES coming from behind the Fridge in my room (103) and immediately informed the front desk manager (11;30pm) that night to no avail . I was given the only other room they had available for me and my disabled son the next morning on the fourth floor (room 407) separating me from the other members of my family which were in room 104. I had still 3 more days to stay there which I now could not sleep comfortably reliving the events of ROACHES running around in my room. I had to shake out all my clothes and luggage that night of the incident before moving to room 407 and well as my son's luggage and did not ever unpack again. I had to live out of our suitcases just to stay safe from the infestation. I witness the hotel staff removing roaches and pest sticky pads from behind the fridge that must have been placed there prior to my stay which lets me know that they were aware that an infestation problem already existed. My family was devastated at the situation which destroyed my trip to Ontario California for my Granddaughter's graduation.
