Liked: The room was clean and quiet. Also the breakfast was good many selections.

Liked: The lady at the front desk that checked us in was very friendly and played with my daughter.
Disliked: The pool was not heated the water was ice cold. There was spoiled milk in the breakfast area. We found a cockroach and bed bugs. The desk in the room was sticky a d dirty

Disliked: It said on the internet it had a whirlpool and the pool was heated but there was no whirlpool and the pool was freezing.

Disliked: Breakfast was inedible. Staff communication was incoherent.

Horrible

Liked: Nothing. The room was dirty and they messed up on what room I needed. Would suggest finding a different hotel. Will NEVER stay there again. My child ended up with bite marks all over him.
Disliked: Horrible stay. Bed bugs and the room was a mess.

Not great

Disliked: It was pretty out of the way, which was my fault because I didn't know where we were in relation to anything in the city. The hotel smelt really bad, was very dark and just did not feel clean at all. Breakfast was not restocked when we went down and stayed that was the entire time we were down there. Moved hotels the second night of our stay.
