Liked: I did not like anything but the price.
Disliked: The staff was very rude and impatient. I just checked in and my room was at the side of thw hotel, the parking spot i chose was on the side but in the front of the hotel which made it easy for me to bring my things in. Only 20 min into me bringing the items back i was rudely approched by the women staff who asked me to bring the cart back its for guest check in. I informed her that i just got here and i was using it. I went to the front thinking there was a line to use the cart, instead i saw a different cart parked right there and not 1 soul checking in i mean no one at all in the whole parking lot attemping to check in. So at this point i asked the other female maybe the mom of the other staff member, if there was an urgency with the cart n i explained what i was told previously by the other staff member, she automatically got defensive and said we need the cart for check in. I told her i just got here 20 min she said hurry up it check in i told her she needed to take a breather she then said i dnt want to argue. I told her i wasnt arguing n that her behavior was uncalled for can i get my money back because i was starting to feel uncomfortable in her hotel by her behavior i felt as if she had an issue with my skin color and assumptions she has personally, but this is a business and all people allowed to spend their money should be treated with hospitality, i feel like if they would be able to take training classes on hospitality of all people we could maybe feel more comfortable for others in the future. As for me i will never go back n to all the readers in nebraska beware if your not fair. Do you know she told me no i can not get my money back then went to her office. I was so upset. I was told i could not get my money back after being treated poorly. We avoided the front area the entire two night stay until leaving. As we left we were once again met by rude pressure to hurry with the cart.

Wouldn't recommend this place.

Disliked: Rude staff, couldn't lock are door we heard people run up and down hallway all night.

Disliked: The location was a little hard to find. The sleep sofa was uncomfortable.

Liked: Bed was comfy.
Disliked: Blankets were crusty and stained. Disgusting! Dead bugs in our room. Door knob to adjoining room was broken and hardly locked. I had crying kids who were scared we would be broken into.No front desk or employee presence during breakfast and check out. People kept ringing the bell and waiting. No help!By far the worse comfort inn we have ever stayed at. Breakfast was bare minimum and out of everything hot 10 minutes after it started. Nasty place.
