Room was decent size. The comforter on the bed was all messed up and the feathers inside were all at the bottom. Took forever for someone to clean the room; the shower had no pressure! Soda machine was all out of water; stayed in room 213 and opened my blinds to a gehtto ass park and a bunch of people working with saws and banging around all night. Very disappointed with the visit and service. More than likely will never stay in Comfort Suites again.

Enjoyable location but the hotel...
Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: I was astonished at the dismal accommodations having spent $650 for a two night stay at Hotel Scottsdale on Friday and Saturday nights. Below is a list of shortcomings we experienced that I find absolutely unacceptable at this or any price point:Construction in progress throughout the hotel including inside our room #301 not made known to me through prior direct contact with your hotel or a booking website. Drywall dust throughout Dried toothpaste around the sink and backsplashNo clothes hangars in the roomBloody toilet paper in toilet on arrival Deadbolt lock unusable due to poor fit of entry door Lobby common space unusable due to constructionEmergency exit stairs across from our 3rd floor room labeled unusable No response to these complaints from the hotel management via email.

Bad
Disliked: There was NOTHING mentioned about construction, I was put in a room RIGHT ABOVE the construction.. they then started construction at 8am sharp.. POUNDING on my floor.. I had my two year old with me who doesn't sleep well in hotels and he was ACTUALLY SLEEPING. I called to ask if we could be moved or if the construction could just not be so loud and was told there was nothing that could be done.. there is no hot tub like mentioned on the website. It was just a HUGE disappointment to my family and I. Big mistake on my part booking here.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The hotel is under renovation and it is a mess. The fire alarm in the hall had blue painters tape on it, the connecting door didn't have a jam around it, the room door didn't have a security lock, the door lock was VERY hard to make work (and more scary....hard to unlock in case of fire), the elevator didn't work, construction dust in the room, only one ice machine in the entire building and breakfast was a joke. The beds were tired....everything was tired and in need of the renovation...just wish they weren't charging so much while they fixed everything. SO disappointed in the hotel and booking.com. If I had booked with any other service that allowed cancellations, I would have. Too many safety violations for me and think that booking.com should have a higher safety standard for their listings if you are going to make them nonrefundable

Rude, blatent rip off
Disliked: Even though renovation is occurring, that is no excuse for the filthy hallways and property areas. Our room had a 1/2 inch gap between door edge and casings. No security bar or chain on door.Exit door security lock, which was adjacent to our room, was not locking. When I mentioned the lock not working, the manager escalated the conversation into a conflict and invited us to go elsewhere. It was 8:30 pm, and she rudely tried to escalate the tension, full well knowing we were moved into the room and it was to late to go elsewhere. Our expensive cooler was stolen at our vehicle, while we were unloading. When I informed the manager, it resulted in her mocking and laughing at us for bothering her with the incident. I informed her it was inappropriate to mock her customers and she laughed, and stated that she found it funny. The homeless individual who stole the cooler, returned it to the front desk the next morning and expressed regret, God bless him.Incidentally, the manager was the desk clerk during this time, and refused to give me the name of her supervisor.
