Liked: I like the property, has nice location and of great value.
Disliked: Rooms may need more soundproofing. I can easily hear anyone who passes in the hallway.

Liked: The facility was very clean and the night clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was also very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were so very comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing we did not like was the woman at the front desk the following morning at check out. She was rude and condescending and made us feel like we were wasting her time. She did however look up directions for us but at the same time kept making faces like it annoyed her

Disliked: Booked and paid in full two weeks early with no policies on the website go to check in and couldn’t get into my room as I wasn’t 21. Then when I asked for a refund they said they did but never got the email saying they did completely got scammed. Also if you live with in 50 miles there’s a ridiculous 500 dollar deposit you have to put down.

Liked: The Breakfast was awesome. And the sitting area was very nice. The staff was great!We loved the room we stayed in this time.
Disliked: We could hear a dog barking in the room next to us.

Disliked: From check-in to check-out, they kept blaming "system glitches"!** They charged my credit card twice without reason. After multiple communications, they refunded one charge, but a male front desk staff was extremely rude. On the first night, they charged my card **again**! When I asked why, despite having paid a deposit, they claimed it was "another system error." It’s been over 12 hours since check-out, and my $42 deposit + the extra $20 charge still haven’t been refunded! **1.** Forced us to sign a **credit card authorization form**—felt very insecure. **2.** The front desk kept lying: first said the manager would come, then backtracked with "Oops, we were wrong, manager isn’t coming." Totally unprofessional. **3.** Worst experience ever: - **Electrical leakage** in the room. - **Toilet was loose/wobbly.** - **No toothbrush provided** even after requesting.

Liked: Very Friendly staff and all in all property maintained well.
Disliked: hot tub was full of underaged unsupervised children , jets didn’t work , so I guess you could use it for a big kiddy pool. Breakfast was the normal Free Breakfast, you will get something in your stomach.
