Disliked: When we got there dogs we're everywhere. Staff put me my husband and four kids on a floor with animals when we don't even have animals. The rooms were filthy smelled just like dog I had to ask for us to get put on a floor with no dogs. They stuck me and my husband with 4 kids in a small two bed room and couch, online the room looks completely bigger than what we received. If you love dogs good, if not I do not recommend this hotel

Disliked: Room smelled musty. Bathroom shower appeared in need of repair and shower curtain rod was crooked so curtain would not stay shut and water kept getting everywhere.

Liked: The staff was cordial.
Disliked: I did not stay here because the bed promised was a full size not a queen size bed. I had my mother of 96 years with me and we could not both sleep in the bed. I went to another hotel with the hopes I would be refunded my money. The manager told me she would refund the amount I spent at the hotel and I needed to contact Booking.com for the rest, which I did. However, Ocean City West has still not refunded my half of the hotel deposit.

Liked: Very nice place to stay. When go there.. a little earlier than normal checkin.. staff was able to get my wife and I in early. On way there she got an email in regards to and interview about a possible job and got in tje room and was able to chill before her teams call.
