Liked: The manager overbooked and swapped our room queen suite with queens and a pull out bed to a handicap accessible smaller room with no pull out bed. We cancelled our trip demanding a refund and manager was nowhere on the property and front desk kept reaching out. Hotel was dirty, over packed. Bathroom ceiling fell in and was dripping water, bathroom door did not close, and had patched up holes in the wall that looked like bullet holes.
Disliked: Worst hotel stay ever, place needs to be shut down, clean and reconstructed, spider in the room on the ceiling, no manager on the property, they charged my card double and when demanding why I was informed they were not sure and the manager will refund. Still no refund. The manager never showed up, there was only one person at the front desk, 1 maintenance man and 2 house cleaners. This place is the worst we cancelled our stay and still waiting for our refund.

Liked: The rooms were nice and big. The beds were OK.
Disliked: Did not like the showers. The hot water was OK not too hot, but the showerheads were not good at all. You couldn’t even move around or really adjustable. It was too far away from you so you felt cold in the shower.

Disliked: I am requesting a full refund. An educatotional traveled with a group of teens to participate in a state event from a high school. The staff and the manager/owner on duty were very inconsiderate and refused to allow our group to stay at the hotel. We reserved 2 rooms online. The person who reserved the 2 rooms sent the link to our financial department for payment and they paid. When the group arrived, the clerk stated we had 4 rooms reserved in their system, instead. (2 rooms reserved and 2 paid for). The clerk stated, "Per management, the if we did not pay for all 4 rooms, we could not stay in the hotel." At 11 PM at night, they turned away the educational group with 80% of the participants being teenagers. They refused service to the customers. Not only did this act not show compassion, but their tone was rude and discourteous.
