Liked: The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the hotel was very clean. It was a comfortable and relaxing experience. The gazebo swing was a great touch as well.
Disliked: Wish there could’ve been a pool. lol, no complaints though.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and offered to let me stay in a "quieter" area of the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and we were never left short of any amenities!
Disliked: I think the area the hotel was in and the outside appearance could have been better, but by no means did it take away from my overall experience with comfort suites!

I would second guess if...

Liked: Near family and local stores.
Disliked: My room smelled like it was damped/humid . More like mold/mildew . I was not a fan of not being able to get an extra towel . Every time I asked the employees look scared and did not want to provide one. I’m not sure if I would come back here for another stay if it’s ran like this . It almost makes it feel like a prison.

Liked: The manager overbooked and swapped our room queen suite with queens and a pull out bed to a handicap accessible smaller room with no pull out bed. We cancelled our trip demanding a refund and manager was nowhere on the property and front desk kept reaching out. Hotel was dirty, over packed. Bathroom ceiling fell in and was dripping water, bathroom door did not close, and had patched up holes in the wall that looked like bullet holes.
Disliked: Worst hotel stay ever, place needs to be shut down, clean and reconstructed, spider in the room on the ceiling, no manager on the property, they charged my card double and when demanding why I was informed they were not sure and the manager will refund. Still no refund. The manager never showed up, there was only one person at the front desk, 1 maintenance man and 2 house cleaners. This place is the worst we cancelled our stay and still waiting for our refund.
