Pleasant

Liked: The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean.
Disliked: The pool was really small and looked like it needed cleaning. The water was a strange color and looked murky! The breakfast was disappointing! Almost everything was gone at 8am and it was to go tell 9 am. I waited more then 30 minutes for more eggs and bacon to come! I know it was really busy that morning but, I feel like the hotel should have been more prepared! The elevator was out of order too! My family's room was on the 3rd floor!

Disliked: It was filthy! There were crumbs on our bed from past guess. Whole hotel smelled funny. Staff wasn’t helpful and couldn’t even give us pillows for the pull out couch

Comfortable and pleasant

Liked: The room was clean neat and spacious the bed was comfortable even the pull out bed was comfortable breakfast was really good and the staff was so pleasant
Disliked: The pool area could use a little upgrade or better decor and the indoor pool the water was to cold

Disliked: Pool deck wasn't tidy. No place to put used, wet towels.

Fun little weekend getaway but...

Liked: The breakfast was nice...had some options. Nice and tidy area.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but things need to be labeled better...I asked for some milk for my daughter's cereal and the lady behind the front desk kinda got an attitude with me over some milk. I didn't really appreciate that. 😕 the pool was over chemichled and made my entire family itchy....pool was gross! Do better!
