Great deal! Affordably priced and well worth it. The whole building was clean, the room was very clean and up to date with amenities. Staff was friendly. Plenty of great choices for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: 1] Location - close to event that we were attending - this is the reason that we chose this location2] Beds were quite comfortable3] I'm not a breakfast person - but juice, coffee, yogurt were a plus 4] The towels/wash cloths were plentiful and plush
Disliked: 1] Price - I checked today for this coming weekend and I could have gotten the room for $118 + tax - nothing in Knoxville was going on last weekend that I think should have driven up the price - but lock stock & barrel - I paid $207+ - more that I expected for sure - For that amount, I would have booked a better hotel for just a few $ more. 2] When the a/c came on it sounded like an F-18 ready for takeoff - the vent in the bathroom wasn't much better - it did not not make for a quiet night's sleep3] The furniture in the living room/office area was beaten up - the office chair was missing it NAUGY - the hide was still there. 4] The TV in the 'office area' phased in and out - I was told at the desk that probably housekeeping had possibly disengaged the cord and I might want to jiggle the wires or adjust the TV - missed the UT Baseball game - thankfully

Okay stay
Liked: Nice size suites and pretty good breakfast.
Disliked: Room smelled like sour milk and there was a lot of road noise.

Liked: Very clean room. Comfy beds. Had the double queen beds suite, and it was really nice that there's doors separating the bedroom from couch and tv area. Ac worked really well. Breakfast included and was pretty good.
