Disliked: Foreign desk staff was not cordial. Did not speak. Only engaged when checking in. The other staff made you feel welcomed.

Liked: They sold my rooms cause I was in traffic and did not arrive until 8pm. I had a card on file and phone number. Didn’t even get a call. I booked 3 rooms , had to find other accommodations that cost me an extra $400
