Disappointing

Liked: Almost all of the staff were very friendly, helpful, big smiles.
Disliked: Checked out a day early and was informed that I'd be charged a cancellation fee for leaving early.

Awesome Hotel! Great staff

Liked: After traveling over 14 hours to get to Virginia from Florida we were super tired upon arrival and was ready to check k in and settle down! We were met by Friendly staff and a warm clean Environment and Rooms!! The rooms were very well clean and Beds are so comfy!!! There are tons of food places and a Walmart down Jefferson which was so convenient! The Breakfast bar was a plus and we were met with some of the Most caring staff I have ever experienced at a hotel!!! They over met our expectations!I have a Daughter Named (Patient) Who traveled with me and when asked what was her favorite part about our trip, she said it was the kindness that one of the afternoon front desk workers showed her and that it blessed her so much she was literally in tears talking about it! To that lady........Thank you so much for the love and kindness that you showed my daughter! We are forever grateful and Pray Gods blessings upon you!!!! God used you to show her yhere is purpose in her life and there is people in this world that still shows love and kindness!!! Thank You!

My stay was amazing and...

Liked: The cleaning staff helped to maintain a clean room. We were able to get everything we requested from the staff (ie. tissue or extra towels). The breakfast staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious.
Disliked: Parking is not always feasible. When I asked where to park since all the spots were taken, the front desk gentleman didn't have an answer. I asked if we were allowed to park in the adjacent lot, he said that we would have to park at our own risk!
