A living nightmare.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: We found a cockroach in are room and the man a the counter was rude. We got to are room and it was dirty trash in the microwave and fridge. They also never gave the deposit back and we made sure to clean up EVERYTHING even the trash that was already in there beforehand.

One of the better hotels...

Liked: The rooms are nice an clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very varied. Same thing every day, pretty much. Staff was helpful, but not very friendly.

Liked: Polite, cleanliness and orderly
Disliked: Basic, could use a smart TV. This would also lower the cost because people could use some streaming apps they pay for, like YouTube if they are there during downtime because they wouldn't have to pay for cable.

Our stay was great, easy...

Liked: Breakfast was good. There were plenty of options. Eggs were hot and fresh, waffle station was great, mini fridge stocked with yogurt options as well as butter and cream cheese for the bagels, breads and waffles. Juice machine was good. No complaints.
Disliked: I cannot think of a complaint.
