Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort

Front desk staff was very helpful and cordial in recommending restaurants in area and giving directions to our points of interest.

Liked: Hotel staff called room to check on our satisfaction.
Disliked: A/C units under window were somewhat annoying.

Liked: Breakfast is great. Good location and price. Clean for the most part.
Disliked: Couldn't get the bathroom shower to stop leaking. Air was not very cold. Could use some room updates. But other than that! Place is great for vaule.

Disliked: Breakfast could it been better .. the eggs felt like rubber and overcook , the sausage very greasy . For improvement eggs should be cook different ways have a more variety of cook meal .

Met my expectations

Liked: Good location. The room accommodated three people on separate beds.
Disliked: One light in the room was flickering, another was not working.

Liked: Good location, easy to get to, very clean.
Disliked: The bathroom was a little dated, tub had a small drip and water pressure was a little on the low side. The breakfast was okay. Some of the appliances need to be updated especially the toasters.
