Comfort Suites Near Universal Orlando Resort

Front desk staff was very helpful and cordial in recommending restaurants in area and giving directions to our points of interest.

Liked: Hotel staff called room to check on our satisfaction.
Disliked: A/C units under window were somewhat annoying.

Liked: The beds were great in terms of comfort and in good condition. The two issues were that the carpet was not clean and the ice machine on my floor did not work for the duration of my stay. The helpfulness of employees was outstanding.
Disliked: Again the carpet could have been cleaner and the ice machine on my floor did not work.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of variety to suit different tastes, with fresh and tasty options each morning. Great value for money overall, especially considering the quality of the facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Universal parks, and they also offer complimentary shuttle service, which was super convenient. Uber rides were quick and easy when needed. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Not a big deal but it would be amazing to have a few more time options for shuttle

Liked: Room was on ground floor. and close to front lobby,pool and breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Room cleaned while we were gone.Breakfast was fantastic . Big and lots to choose, hot and cold items. Different Hot items each day Kids loved making their own fresh waffles. Many waffle makers so no wait. 10 minutes to universal.Was very quiet. Check in was fast.
Disliked: We went to the pool late after theme park and there were no towels.
