Wonderful to have suite for people coming for a couple days to events nearby. Need to improve breakfast menu.

Liked: Suite itself.
Disliked: Small fridge; TV closed captioned too small; breakfast.

Room clean and comfortable; breakfast hot and good; great coffee. All staff helpful, professional, and polite.

Disliked: Nothing to report negative.

Disliked: We came to the room, unpacked all of all our stuff and put the air on. We left for about an hour to get something to eat to find the room was still very hot. I went to the front desk the woman switched our room so we repacked our belongings to move went into the new room and the toilet didn’t work. Again we went back down to the front desk and got yet another room. That room was then cool and the toilet worked . On check out day around 9am we heard a knock on the door and before I could answer the housekeeper opened the door.

Liked: Not much. The beds were comfortable enough and the air conditioner worked well.
Disliked: The hotel lobby carpet on the stairwells was worn out and dirty. Had to change rooms a couple of times because the television system was jerry-rigged to pick up cable channels apparently in order to save a few dollars on satellite and didn't work in 2 of the 3 rooms the front desk let me test out when I checked in. Elevator near the front desk took forever to come down to the lobby and open up. If you're in a hurry take the stairs. Noticed a man sleeping in a chair in the lobby somewhat late at night. Don't know if he was an employee of the hotel and was catching a few winks, a friend of an employee, or just someone who had walked in off of the street. None of these options is a desirable situation to walk in to. Didn't eat the breakfast. Partner I was travelling with did and said the eggs were tasteless.
