If you want to use...

Liked: Wasn’t bothered, not even by staff
Disliked: I only booked this property for the Sauna. We called and verified it had a sauna, when I checked in I asked about the sauna and the guy said yes we have one. In the morning I went to the sauna and it was and has been out of order. This is something staff should have told me. I would have stayed somewhere else as this was no bargain stay anyhow.

Decent deal for the area...

Liked: The access from the interstate was very easy to get too. It was a bit farther from our destination than we anticipated. The breakfast was nice though it was the same each day. The tub worked well and the appliances were fine. The host was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room we stayed looks as though it needed some work. We rented 3 rooms total - two were double/doubles and were fine, although cold. The third room was a jacuzzi suite - and it was actually a handicapped room when we checked in. There was wallpaper and corner guards peeling from the wall and you can tell one wall had been painted over and tried to match the previous colors - not sure why it was painted over. While the bed was comfy the chairs/loveseat was worn and somewhat dirty. There were cracks in the bathroom tiles/walls. The access from the road to the parking lot was very choppy and deep with holes.

Disliked: The staff wasnt friendly and was very hateful. I was charged twice and i brought it up to their attention and the lady brushed it off and said its already pending so. Then proceeded to call and say that we had a complaint because we are annoying and walking to loud

Liked: Nice staff..coffee available 24/7.basic breakfast was helpful.
Disliked: Location. Not much around

Poor management and very dirty.

Liked: Close to Lucas Oil for the event we were attending.
Disliked: Checked in an hour late due to still cleaning. Sheets were stained, toilet paper wasn’t replaced, refrigerator didn’t work, and ice machines didn’t work.
