Comfort Suites Near Denver Downtown

Liked: Convenient.

I ended up staying at a Marriott after trying two rooms, accessed by a very moldy-smelling external elevator. I asked the general manager to refund my money but I have no idea how that will work.

Disliked: Unsafe; smelly; broken equipment; blood stains on sheets; undesirable guests.

Front Desk was very pleasant....

Liked: Breakfast was average. Hotel was clean. I loved having a washer and dryer on the third floor to do my laundry.
Disliked: No Dog Bags in the dog areas. People did not pick-up their dog waste.

Acceptable for a quick place...

Liked: The location was not far away from the Ball Arena which was our reason for the stay. The staff was very helpful with information on using Lyft or Uber.
Disliked: The room was basic really. Window coverings were not operable to be able to block out the front parking lot bright lights so I had to hang an extra blanket over the thin curtain that wasnt enough by itself. There was no Conditioner in the shower dispenser and I could tell the bathroom only had a real quick pick up and not a good cleaning or restock. For what I needed the room for it was acceptable, but if I had been traveling to enjoy the stay and use it as a hub for other activities, I would most likely stay elsewhere.

Liked: The room fit all 6 of us comfortably at a decent price. The lady who worked the first night was awesome. Kids enjoyed the pool and the little work out room.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't very good. We asked for extra pillows for the pull out couch and didn't get them till the next morning. The pull out couch had itchy material, and one cushion was ripped all the way down where the zipper was. The worst part was that our truck was broken into (window smashed in) along with 4 other vehicles in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk refused to let us see the cameras. We dont live in Denver, and our only option is to file a police report online. We hope the police ask to pull camera footage. Not impressed!
