Comfort Suites Near Denver Downtown

Liked: Convenient.

I ended up staying at a Marriott after trying two rooms, accessed by a very moldy-smelling external elevator. I asked the general manager to refund my money but I have no idea how that will work.

Disliked: Unsafe; smelly; broken equipment; blood stains on sheets; undesirable guests.

It was a nice stay.

Disliked: The tub drain stopper was broken, didn't get to soak in the tub. The AC in main room made whole room shake when it kicked on. Even with AC running and low temps outside the room stayed stuffy. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. My T-shirt was stolen at the swimming pool. Even with that it was a nice stay. We would stay again.

Disliked: The card reader was down due to a flood. They had to walk each guest to their room's every time a guest needed to enter. The hotel was being run by one person. It took 20 minutes to get into our room when we arrived. It took over 30 minutes to get back into our room after swimming, waiting soaking wet in the lobby with an infant! We asked for a refund and they stated they would give us 50% off. They disputed with booking.com and we didn't see any of the money back. Nasty customer service.

Liked: The amount of bed space in the suite.
Disliked: The quality of pull out bed.

Denver Day-cation

Liked: Big room, breakfast was included, bed was comfy, washer and dryer.
Disliked: Water pressure was dreadful, shower head was leaking, the trim plate to one of the shower handles kept falling off, the shower handle was loose, a weird smell in the room when we first arrived, 1 light switch controlled 1 light and all the rest you had to switch on manually, the TV had no guide, couldn't even connect to it to watch Netflix or Hulu, homeless man hanging out in the entrance to the hotel, one of the washers was out of order, the machine that produces water and OJ was out of order during breakfast. This was for a handicap accessible room too.

Not a fan of Colorado...

Liked: Fairly easy to get to. Rooms were spacious.
Disliked: Smell of pot in the hallway. It was horrible. Yes, I reported it.

Liked: It was very clean the staff and receptionist was very nice women that helped us a lot.

Disliked: I was hoping to soak in a hot tub but there wasn't one .I did however like that you had a little gym!
