Comfort Suites Near Casinos

Dirty and dusty. Very worn. Both TV's did not work. Repair man was very helpful. Changed batteries in the remote and the TV worked fine. Second TV in sitting area as well as light fixtures (lamp, etc.) had no power. For the money I expected better.

Disliked: The staff when checking me in was very rude. When I usually check in I'm greeted with such hospitality. There is one older male staff there that is usually on the overnight. Which at first refused to check me in Because of a little dispute of the last time I tried to check in and he said I wasn't in the system. But I never have these issues with any of the other staff. In this visit, the older male told me again that my name wasn't in the system. He took about Thirty to forty five minutes to check me in. I've been coming to this hotel since March and haven't had these kind of problems.This was completely unacceptable

Pleasant Stay; Will Return

Liked: Front desk staff was welcoming, particularly Sy (not sure if I spelled that correctly), who greeted us upon arrival. She was warm, professional and accommodating. The King Non-Smoking room was spacious, clean, and thankfully did not have any scent of strong deodorizers/cleaning products. The breakfast was basic but a nice gesture; coffee available most of the time in the lobby was an appreciated touch. Parking lot was large and seemed safe. We liked that there were cameras mounted in many areas. Road noise from the nearby highway was not as disruptive as I thought it might be. Lots of towels of various sizes. Bed was comfy. Lots of table top space. Many TV channels to choose from. The price was very reasonable considering close proximity to casinos. We were visiting family but often get caught up in casino rates - we were pleased with the value here. Very conveniently located.
Disliked: I smelled pot faintly a few times - including from our bathroom vent it seemed. May not bother some people but we are sensitive to it.
