They need better cleaning

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room was not clean the bathroom had not been swept trash was in the room. The elevator and halls need to be swept trash everywhere

Would stay here again!

Liked: The room was very spacious and very clean! The staff was so kind and helpful and very friendly! My niece was getting married and I got the room for her to get ready in, it was perfect!
Disliked: The bed wasn't the most comfortable unfortunately, the pillows were great though.

Disliked: Pull out couch not comfortable but I ordered 2 queens & got a king. Probably because I asked to have a room next to family.

Great place for family or...

Liked: East Texas hospitality at its BEST! The management and staff were very friendly, always smiling, respectful and very accommodating! Rooms were updated and clean which made it easy to just kick your shoes off and relax!
Disliked: The price was higher than I would of liked.
