Liked: I really enjoyed the breakfast and easy check in. The pool was also very fun and enjoyable.
Disliked: Everything was great!

It was alright

Liked: The water was hot for the showers
Disliked: Booking through third parties… there is another charge you have to be prepared for and being charged the room twice

Liked: The room was decent but the bathroom ceiling was quite moldy and gross. The pool was legit warm, not even a slight chill to it. Like bath water warm. The staff is wonderful though. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Liked: Upon arrival the Manager Michelle was very personable and she greeted me with a smile. The staff kept the continental breakfast fresh and the juice refilled. The front desk staff at checkout were nice. One of the young ladies took the time to explain they would check the room in a little while and release my deposit. The other young lady kept her head in the computer.
Disliked: I did not like that I booked through booking.com for the first time and did not know about the deposit for the facility.

Overall is was a decent...

Liked: Location was great for what I needed. It can get a little congested entering and leaving the facility but overall was close to a lot of stores like Walmart. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The elevator got stuck and we had to take our bags down 4 flights of stairs to leave. I did not like have to request for all my towel needs and linen changes each day
