Overall great experience

Liked: There was plenty of breakfast, rooms were clean and large with comfy beds. Pool is a nice size and wasn't over crowded, the gym was open. Hotel is in a great location with a lot close by it including the interstate. The rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked with tissue and towels.
Disliked: Only one worker didn't show hospitality. When we greeted her in the morning, she looked at us and didn't say anything. All other workers were nice and greet us upon entering the hotel.

Liked: This was a last-minute accommodation due to a flight cancellation. I found the hotel reception excellent, and I was given a good room. I was very happy with this hotel.
Disliked: Room smelled kind of musty, but otherwise the accommodations were fine. After a while, I didn't even notice the mustiness.

Liked: Carol checked me in and she was the best!! She accommodated us when the room didn’t match what we booked online. She was friendly and helpful, pleasant and smiling the entire time. I loved how big the room felt with the tall ceilings. The pool was wonderful and relaxing. Close to highway and lots of shops/restaurants. The suite had a small fridge and microwave which my teenage sons loved, and they enjoyed the TV.
Disliked: The wall behind the toilet had a hole in it, the bathtub had rusty cracks- things that were cosmetic but affected how I felt about my stay. The trashcans were so small it was easy to overflow them with a family which made me feel like a slob. The water pressure wasn’t very strong. More breakfast options would have been nice- I have a child with allergies who couldn’t eat anything.

My stay was fabulous.

Liked: The staff was absolutely amazing. They made me feel like I was at home. My family is going through a tough time and we have been here a week now and the staff made me feel very welcomed.
Disliked: There is nothing I feel should be improved.
