Liked: If I could give negative stars I would! This hotel needs to be shut down and reopened with new management, new staff and an entire upgrade to rooms. I love comfort but this location is SAD. Front desk ladies stood outside all day and night talking to friends and/or people. Room was not great and when we asked for towels we’re told no clean towels or linens on the property due to understaffed. Pool was so dirty you couldn’t see your feet and smelt awful. We literally had to hand the desk help our room keys OUTSIDE to check out of our room because she was talking outside. Do not recommend until they have it together.

Nightmare. This hotel needs to...

Liked: There was absolutely nothing to like. I luckily didn’t stay more than an hour and half because I saw the bugs in and around the bed.
Disliked: I checked in and saw two bugs in the bed. One looked like a flea and I killed it with a napkin. I looked closer and saw another very tiny, almost microscopic bug in the bed. It was so tiny, I thought it was lent until it started crawling. I’m so grateful I never got into that bed. I came downstairs to speak with the front desk attendant and another guest at the front desk said he saw six bugs in his bed. And the price was ridiculous. I paid $180 for this room and thankfully did not even get into the before I saw the bugs.

Liked: Absolutely Nothing! It was disgusting. Smelled like weed and bugs in the sheets ! Not suitable to stay in!
Disliked: Very nasty, bugs in the bed! Had to leave this property and find another place to stay. Staff was very rude telling me to do what I needed to but I wouldn’t be given a refund until the bugs were tested to see what type of bugs they were. She told me it was Louisianans could have been any type of bugs. Also was unwilling to tell me if an exterminator had been contacted or when to expect an update. Do Not stay here! Disgusting!!

Liked: The receptionist was nice and understanding.
Disliked: The building and rooms had an old smell, there was an unidentified bug crawling on my pillow, the air wasn’t working properly, and the walls were really thin. These factors made it difficult to sleep.
