Room was comfortable but too...

Liked: Breakfast and close to University
Disliked: Too close to dining hall and front desk

Nice one other than Loud...

Liked: The facility was in a good location and was clean.
Disliked: Someone was playing loud music for around an hour at night, after 9:00 pm. Fortunately, the person stopped playing music, it would have been horrible otherwise. I hope this was something happening first time.

Disliked: Biscuits were cold

Disliked: Bed was so hard it felt like we was sleeping on the floor. Need to get standard size pillows instead of couch throw pillows

Liked: Nothing! Booked the room for 2 employees. One 19 the other 21. The front desk on nights would not let them check in nor refund the paid room. He said she had to be 21. No where on booking does it state the person checking in had to be 21. I connected booking, and the CSR was great! She emailed the hotel about the situation. I called the front desk back to advise he would be getting the email. He said an email would do any good because he would not refund the room. As we talked, he said he received the email, and he needed them to call him, not email.He was rude and very unprofessional. He said his supervisor would not return my call, I had to deal with him, and he wasn't going to refund a room.
Disliked: Same as above!
