Disliked: We were on the top (third) floor and the bathroom exhaust fan on the roof which runs continuously was making excessive noise. The exterior accent lights lite up the front of the building. The room blinds were not adequate to fully block the light.

Liked: The Bed Was Of Quality
Disliked: This Was The Worst Experience Ive Had At A Comfort Inn Mold in the bathroom. Also, I Asked For A Blanket For My Elderly Mother whom is Anemic & Diabetic, the manager told the receptionist to tell us no i asked why she told us you already have one. I didnt understand why if you're paying your money why is it so difficult to accommodate a guest with another blanket, too lazy to get one i suppose. The Second Issue was the following morning i had was someone hit my car in the parking lot i asked the manager if she could run he film to see so i could alert proper authorities with evidence , she refused , i left my number thinking someone would at least make the effort to follow up with me, ive heard nothing. I enjoy The Franchise but I Would Never Consider This Location Again. I Dislike Spending My Money To Be Treated Like An Inconvenience.

Liked: Breakfast was great and the worker tending to it was great.
Disliked: There was mold (i have photos) on the bed skirt. There were a lot of stains and other ick factors on the couch and floor. The "clean" washcloth had dried poop or something in it. The side doors didnt open with the key cards. The parking ws horrible they had big trucks parked in all the spots our last night so our small car had to be parked in the furthest spot away from the hotel. Im covered in mystery bites.
