Liked: Staff tried to make it nice.
Disliked: The room wasn't as described. I, the dad had to sleep on the floor. Because it didn't have the pullout sofa.

Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned the whole time we were there. Bath towels were not brought to the room daily

Disliked: It was not located near university. There was a roach in my room but he did come and spray. The tub faucet was broken and rusted. I had to have my room key redone. The maids didn't clean my room. There was insufficient amount of towels for 3 people. They didnt restock the towels. I had to bring them old dirty towels to get new ones. I was given a different room than what I booked. They ran out of paper plates for breakfast. They had a water jug setup with no water. There was an ice machine but it didn't work. It was extremely hot in the lobby. The AC was really loud.

Nice and chill good spot...

Liked: Convenient location if you’re willing to travel a little bit for the beaches. Everything else in Mobile is ten to fifteen minutes away
Disliked: Some repairs that while functional completely just didn’t really look great.

Disliked: Dirty towel was left in room from previous stayer and the toilet handle was positioned awkward and it hard to flush.
