Liked: Nothing was good at all

We had a convenient place...

Liked: The place was very clean, closet in our room was spacious. The room was equipped with microwave and mini fridge which isn't a given these days. The sofa bed, pull-out ottoman, and room setup (desk as a divider between spaces) were all convenient. A missing lamp shade offered surprisingly helpful light.
Disliked: The building outside of our room had no a/c and was very hot. Breakfast left a lot to be desired (and we aren't picky- free is free) and we found ourselves eating it in our car with the A/C on to stop sweating. We had no wash cloths in our room and couldn't seem to find someone who might have access. Our tv didn't work; we noticed late our first night and were told maintenance would come in the morning. Reasonable enough, but they never came and when we returned earlier the next evening, we were told it couldn't be fixed and our option was to change rooms. Since we were leaving the next morning we stayed put, but tv is my favorite hotel comfort and it was disappointing. Overall, it almost seemed like the entire premises is had a singular employee on staff at a given time.

First and Last Time

Liked: I like how the room was situated for me because I came for school and I was able to use the desk and stuff for my schoolwork.
Disliked: The front desk worker wasn’t really helpful. The whole 3 days I was there my room didn’t get clean at all. My air stopped working and I was sweating throughout my sleep.

Liked: The bathroom and beds. Extra bedding
Disliked: No shampoo and other toiletries

Enjoyable and would stay again

Liked: Great location. Next to highway, not too far from Mall, ad several restaurants in the area.
Disliked: Didn't get to eat breakfast because they ran out of food.

Liked: Nothing! Staff was rude, had no towels to take a shower with , went to get towels the first stay and was told they didn’t have any !!! Bathroom was not clean it still had hair in tub and around toilet. Requested early check in online and it was approved , when I get to site the person. Who checked us in had an attitude and said check in wasn’t until 3 , when I told her I was approved for earlier check in she said it’ll be extra ! Paid the fee then got hit with a $90 deposit I was unaware of!
