Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Room was nasty, damp, and had a weird smell similar to urine. They don’t clean behind or under tables. The floor was dirty. There was hair on the towels. Found a used Kleenex in the pullout bed. The only good thing about this place was leaving.

Liked: Staff happy and polite.
Disliked: Room didn't get cleaned towels not replaced in the ten days I was there! Curtain poles fell off. Lift was broken. Breakfast was repetitive.

Liked: Location, Awesome! Breakfast, Awesome! Staffing, AWESOME!! Pricing, Fantastic!
Disliked: I didn’t care for my feet being higher than my head in bed; I woke with a headache for 3 days. I started sleeping at the bottom of the bed or across the bed if watching Tv. Is that a thing in hotels now, where the foot of the bed is higher than the head ?

Liked: The staff was so kind and friendly. They were willing to assist any way possible.
Disliked: The elevator was not working making it difficult to move luggage to our room.

Disappointing.

Disliked: The elevator was broken, the remote to the television didn’t work and the phone in our room didn’t work so we couldn’t even call down about the remote. It was just disappointing

Had the elevator been working...

Liked: Very good.
Disliked: The elevator went down on Thursday and for the next 3 days we had to climb stairs with our luggage and such to the second floor
