Liked: The breakfast was the highlight of our stay
Disliked: Light switch shocked my wife and myself. It wouldn’t turn off as the switch was faulty. The host came up and looked at it but he said he would have someone fix it after our stay. The pool area looked like a frat party was just held there. We had children and were afraid to let them play in that area but also were afraid to let them touch light switches. The elevator buttons were busted out on the third floor with exposed electrical.

Liked: Location was good. Access from the freeway was great.
Disliked: Toilet in the room wouldn't work. Lobby bathroom's toilet tank cover was broke, faucet was super loose. The bathroom by the pool didn't work and was disgustingly unclean. Not very impressed for the price. Use to stay here when it was a Hyatt Place and it was fantastic, first time staying as a Comfort Suites and never going back here again. Fire alarm went off at 3 am on a Sunday morning and they couldn't get it fixed.

Dirty, unsafe, lack of communication

Liked: We were able to check in an hour early.
Disliked: Property was dirty and not well kept up. Bad smell and stains in the hallways. Room was not thoroughly clean, especially the bathrooms. Unsafe person/customer in lobby late at night causing a scene and worker wasn’t doing anything about it. Fault fire alarms woke us up at 4:45 am and staff was unable to get them fixed. We checked out at 5:20 am due to this ongoing issue with no communication. Would not stay there again.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the easy check in process and how friendly the staff were. The room size was exactly what we needed.
Disliked: The property felt kind of icky, like things were not really clean. There was big leak right in the front door which was worrying. The fire alarm also kept malfunctioning and woke us up several times throughout the night.
