WAS A MAJOR DRAWBACK TO...

Disliked: Room we reserved (2 Queen beds and sofa bed) were not available. Clerk suggested it was a problem with booking.com, then said we could get the room if we paid $300 extra. Could only get ice from the from the front desk. Our room was serviced only once in our 11 day stay. Had to endure sleeping on a sofa bed for the entire stay. Morning breakfast was substandard.

Awful experience in a heat...

Liked: The rooms were a good size and refrigerator and microwave worked well
Disliked: The AC units in our room stopped working the first morning. We came back after being gone most of the day at a bowling tournament with no AC in the room. We were on the fourth floor in a corner room and temps outside were over 90°. We unplugged and plugged them back in multiple times as this is what worked the night before. They would run for 10 minutes then shut off, showing a 06 error code. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered, walked down to the desk, explained what was going on, she asked if we had unplugged them and plugged them back in. I told her multiple times, she had to come see for herself. Then told us to call down if they stopped working again as we had just unplugged them again. She said some people like it warmer in the rooms. We had just spent most of the day overheated in a hot bowling alley and a restaurant that had the worst AC and sitting in a room for two hours with over 75° temp was horrible. After they went off again, I tried to call the front desk, again no answer and another trip to the front desk. I had to ask to move rooms, they didn't offer. They moved us to a two double bed room but I had booked and paid for two queens. The AC worked in this room (after I unplugged it and plugged it back in). It was just a horrible experience. Also Sunday morning we had to leave by 7:45, went down to breakfast at a little after 7 and there was no eggs and no bacon until whoever was cooking added a huge heap of undercooked bacon to the dish. They also only had a few muffins left and didn't replenish them while we were there. Overall it was a very poor showing for a comfort suites.Oh! Almost forgot when we pulled the sleeper sofa out there was trash underneath it, so not even sure it had been cleaned.In our first room the faucet was totally mobile and loose, in the second room the ice bucket was broken.
