Disliked: The receptionist is very bad, he does not understand me, he speaks by rote, he does not know anything about hotel management and gets paid for it, I have stayed in more than a hundred comfort hotels every month, this is the first time I have seen something like this, I made a reservation with the business card my company gave me, when I arrived at the hotel at 11 at night, they told me that this card was not valid and I was treated as if I had stolen this card, this situation upset me very much, I have stayed at this hotel before, the receptionist insists on not understanding me, when I wanted to talk to the supervisor, he did not help me at all, I do not think I will stay here again, it is a disgrace

Disliked: Bed little hard for me but was comfortable. Coffee was weak!

Liked: The accommodations were definitely "basic". That said, the bed, bedding, room, bath, were comfortable, clean and seemed new. I was only there overnight, and wasn't going to be spending much time in the room, so "basic" was all I needed. There is coffee maker in the room, which I appreciated. (And a fridge.)

Couldn’t leave soon enough in...

Disliked: The hotel immediately smelled of mothballs. Paint was chipping off walls. Curtains did not close all the way for a room on the 1st floor right on the parking lot. Was afraid to put luggage anywhere else than the luggage cart. Comforter had stains on it. Terrified of contracting bed bugs.

I would never recommended this...

Liked: The bed had no comforter the remote had no batteries the spout to the bath was so rusted it wouldn't even go into bath and it was a handicap room. I had to give 100$ deposit to not smoke in the room and I still have not yet received my refund after spending 10 minute breaks in the snow.
Disliked: Rude staff, disregarded all problems with my room.

Disliked: Our room had mold around the bathroom faucet and blood on the covers and when I went to tell the front desk man he gave me a sheet and said I had to put it on myself and i just felt like that was to nasty for me to touch so I asked for another room and he just kept saying “no how do I know you didn’t do that” and said “he saw the maids cleaning the room earlier” but then said the second time I came and asked for a new room he said “we didn’t have house keeping today so my manager cleaned all the rooms himself ” and I was so upset because we were 2 hours away from home and no where else to stay and his name starts with an H and he works morning shift

Disliked: Handicapped room far from ice machine. Limited breakfast items. Shower not fastened to wall. Bath towels on bottom shelf, hard to reach. Stomping noise at 1 am. Buzzing noise when pillow was against headboard. TV didn’t turn on when in bed. Had to get up an be right in front of it.
