Disliked: Room smelled like old stale cigarettes. The linens had what looked like burned holes in them. The towels had hair on them. The "kitchen" was useless. Do not stay here if you have kids or are a single woman. There are homeless people and other questionable people around the property constantly. Especially at night.

Liked: The property was clean you can smell the cleaning supplies I loved that.
Disliked: My room door was broken the latch would not connect with the door so the door remained open. My friend and I were in our under clothes when a guy walked in stating he thought this was his room. We reported this nothing was done. We emailed the supervisor because he was not on site the whole weekend. They also tried to fix the door but it never was fixed. Called a maintenance man that was home with his family to try to fix the door he still had no luck. This was my birthday weekend and this was very inconvenient! Our things could have been stolen we could have been raped! Not cool!!! Room 306!!!!! We also sent a family of rats in a tree by the jacuzzi area. They were eating something that look like berries. I reported that and the front desk said they come from the canal! Also bathroom toilet was leaking!

Liked: The appearance of cleanliness, attentive staff, location, price. Bed was comfortable and TV had nice display of accessible channels
Disliked: I had confirmation and paid online for two queen beds. When I arrived, they gave us king bed with pullout couch. I went to counter who told me all the queen beds were sold out. Other issue had to do with King Bed had crumbs and sheets were stained by pillow. Unclear if they were old but made evening uncomfortable. Also had to use pull out which as expected was not has comfortable.
