We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: We love the hotel location and room location. The hotel is always quiet although it's located next to a major expressway, which allows for easy access to and from the hotel. I also like that hotel was able to fulfill our room request as always. Thank you.
Disliked: Do to the window treatment we could close the curtains to block out the lighting on the building outside the window. It made sleeping restless. I suffer from migraines and checked out feeling very tired and sleepy. We missed breakfast because we were too tired from a restless night of sleep. This may be something management could resolve for better guest experience.

Beautiful and comforting.

Liked: It was surrounded by a grocery stores and restaurants. Gas station and easy to get to and go back to the cruise port.

Convenience to the hospital -...

Liked: The staff were excellent - the furnitue in the room was good - but the facility is in grave need of an upgrade. Our room smelt musty every time we entered. The bathroom fan did not appear to make a difference- however the main culprit was lilkely the windows which had broken seals - which were very obvious. There was extensive black mould on the underside of the safety bars in the bathtub area - the places cleaning staff don't see - but are very obvious when one is having a bath
Disliked: See above. According to the plaques in the lobby this propery is rated a three star. i would say that give the state of the facitlity giving it two stars is more than generous.As a side note the breakfast wasless than stellar. The only 'fresh' producrt was some small delicious apples which did not taste at all fresh. Definitely a breakfast tpo avoid.
