Great location from the Airport...

Liked: Location and Room.
Disliked: This was my second time staying at this hotel in the past two years. Each time my hotel has been paid for in full before I arrived but each time I was charged a $2 fee and no one can explain why.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Shuttle took 2 hours to be picked up from airport. We called twice to let them know we were waiting. Breakfast wasn’t great. Muffins were still frozen, most of the food was gone or not ever available. Nowhere to sit and tables were dirty.

Not worth the hassle

Disliked: Made a booking for a hotel suite. When we arrived the hotel had sent our booking to a different hotel down the road. We were not notified.The other hotel was short a bed. They said they didn't offer suites. .the receptionist was rude and said our booking was probably changed because our credit card failed or we had mis.booked.I don't understand how a.hotel can pass on my personal details and credit card details to a different company. Then not notify me. When we arrived to check in at midnight they told my family to walk down the road to the other hotel where we had an upgrade. The other hotel said all their rooms are smaller. It was a joke.
