Liked: The property was close to the airport. I loved that the hotel provided transportation to the port. The complimentary breakfast was good. The facilities was clean.
Disliked: We got to the hotel light late, approximately 2 am, after a long delayed flight. Got to my room and the toilet was clogged. I called the front desk and asked to change rooms, but there was not one available. I asked for a plunger, so I could unclog the toilet. The front desk clerk told me that she was the only person on duty and didn’t know where to find a plunger. We could not use the restroom in our room until 8:30 am the next morning when 2 gentlemen came and unclogged the toilet, which took all of 2 minutes.
