Liked: The room was a good size and the free shuttle to the hotel from the airport and to the port were extremely helpful.

Okay layout night before cruise.

Liked: It location is very convenient to airport. Free shutter to airport and to the cruise port is a plus.
Disliked: There’s couple things need improvement. The room is too outdated. Toilet suddenly clogged late at night around 11pm, we didn’t bother to change room. There’s also a extra charge for the safety box for couple bucks, not a big deal, but it will be better if it’s charged/included at the total price per night instead a separate transaction without notice.

Perfect for a pre-cruise vacation.

Liked: Close proximity to the airport and cruise port. Had a free shuttle from the airport and then to the cruise port. We were given a $15 option if we wanted to return to the hotel if you parked your car there. The beds and room were clean and updated. Breakfast was excellent and you could make your own waffles, flavors changed daily.
Disliked: Nothing

Stop misleading customers regarding the...

Liked: They charge my card twice snd refused to reverse the charges for the security!!! The transport to the cruise ship was awfully late!!!
Disliked: That booking.com took the security before i arrived and the app said that i could pay cash as the security deposit! They would not let me pay cash deposit.
