Liked: All staff were super friendly, kind, and helpful.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a non pork option for breakfast meat in the included breakfast.

Liked: The front desk clerk was nice
Disliked: We missed the last shuttlr because our flight was delayed. Too late to book the shuttle to the cruise port. It seems if you promote the shuttles especially to the port, you should be able to book ahead.

Like most people there, I came for the convenience of the shuttle, put up with the hotel.

Liked: Seperate spacious room for the bed. Breakfast was good but limited seating. Free shuttle from airport and to seaport is the reason most people would even think to book this hotel.
Disliked: There were ONLY sheer curtains, so there was no total darkness in the bedroom, as if the embient lights outside was your night light. So you are definately woken up by the sunrise since I faced the East.
